Chris Highland is the author of six Nature and spirituality books celebrating the wisdom of John Muir, Thoreau, Emerson, Whitman, Fuller and Burroughs. Each book is enhanced with images from Chris' hikes into the natural sanctuary from Washington to California, from the Pacific to the Atlantic, from America to Scotland. Most photos in these galleries have not been retouched. Nature needs no enhancement. Nature is simply Beauty.
